Driving Sales Ltd offers 1000's of promotional gifts that we believe to be the best quality and value for money. In the unlikely event that you find a like for like product advertised at a lower price we will offer to refund the difference plus an additional 5%.

Order a Sample

We know that ordering promotional gifts online can be a daunting experience so we offer plain stock samples of all our products so you can be sure the product fits your requirements.

To order your sample simply refine your search to find the product you like, click the "Order Sample" button and complete the form with your details.

The majority of our product samples are supplied Free of Charge however some of our products may be chargeable or require a deposit. This cost can be refunded against your order.

Once we receive your request for a sample we will contact you to either confirm your sample has been dispatched or advise if we will require payment.


To request a callback about a particular product, please navigate to the product in question and click on the 'Callback' icon. A form will appear for you to fill in which we will then send email confirmation followed by us calling you back about that particular product.

Q. What is an origination charge?

A. Origination is a one off fee charged for the setting up and the creation of templates (Printing Screens/Embroidery Digitalisation/Jacquards/Photo Etched Plates) to apply your logo in the correct format to the product.

Q. How can I send my logo?

A. For your convenience we have installed a facility to upload your logo once you complete your order, if you prefer you can email your logo once we have sent your order confirmation.

Q. What type of files can I send?

A. Programs supported: Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe Acrobat. File formats: EPS - TIFF - JPEG - BMP - PDF. Specific typestyles should be clearly indicated. If specific fonts are to be used, please provide the font(s). If you do not have a suitable file we can offer to re-draw your logo, please note this service may be chargeable depending on the complexity of your logo.

Q. Will I see how my logo will look on the product before production?

A. All orders are preceded on approval of a digital PDF sample showing your logo position and size to scale prior to production.

Q. How accurate will my corporate colours be matched?

A. We match all colours to Pantone/CMYK/RGB references. If you know the references for the colours in your logo please confirm these with your order, alternatively we will match these for you in the digital artwork proof.

Delivery & Returns

• Most orders are dispatched within the lead time indicated in the product details, if for some reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you. 

• All orders are delivered via courier and will require a signature upon delivery. All orders are fully insured by the courier or ourselves (Please note once signed for delivery at your delivery address responsibility of ownership is then yours).

Our 14 Day Returns Guarantee 

If, for any reason, your purchase does not match your artwork approval sign off , you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the date you received it and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (see our refunds policy). Unless the item is faulty, we cannot accept the return of products that have been used in any way.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item 

If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a product to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the product was wrongly ordered by yourself. We ask that you notify us of your intentions to return an item by email or phone (0800 043 1335).

When you make a return, to speed the process up, it is helpful a note accompanies your product as to the reason for return and a copy of the original invoice the product was dispatched with. We also recommend sending your goods by recorded post in order to track we have received the watch via the royal mail tracking website.

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. If you need to return a faulty product to us, please contact us on 0800 043 1335 to discuss how to go about it.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Refunds Policy

When we receive a product returned to us for refund and are satisfied with its condition and the reason for return, we will process a refund for the full amount that was paid for the item in the same form of payment, and account, originally used for the purchase. If we have agreed to refund the postal cost incurred returning a product to us, this will be done in the form of a cheque. If you have not received your refund within 7 working days, please contact us on 0800 043 1335 for assistance.
